WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:
1. **Returns**:
We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in processing your return or replacement.
2. **Non-Returnable Items**:
We do not accept returns on personalised or customised items. Once a personalised order has been processed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
3. **Return Process**:
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us at info@northwest-workshop.co.uk with your order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damage). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. **Refunds**:
Refunds are only issued for returns of damaged goods. Refunds for non-personalised items will be processed after we receive the returned product in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
In Person: If you are local to our workshop location then you are able to pay in person via Cash or Debit / Credit Card
Online: On agreement of a price we will send an invoice which includes our Bank Transfer details
We do not run an Ecommerce website, therefore we do not take payments via our website
HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU?
We offer a complete bespoke service, meaning that we do not take our orders through our website or online.
Get in touch via our Contact Page or follow our Social Media links to send us a message. Either leave us your contact information or provide details of what you are looking for; we will then have a discussion about what you are looking for and issue invoices for a deposit and further payments.
Live locally to our workshop? Then you are welcome to book an appointment to come into the workshop and speak to the team.
